“The young lady at check-in was lovely - sweet, and then very apologetic when my kid found glass in the pool. The room, aside from the faint stain on the ceiling/humid closet that smelled like mildew, and the carpet that felt like too much soap was used during carpet cleaning, was fine enough. Bed was comfy. The water pressure was intense: finding a setting on the shower head that didn’t feel like I was being sand blasted was tricky, so kids got baths. I’m not one to complain, but once I noticed……

“The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and very clean. Convenient location to restaurants. I thought it was a reasonable price for the double room with kitchenette. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The hotel is very dated. Room was musty smelling. Breakfast terrible. Bed was comfortable. Price was outrageous for what they provided. No lobby lounge chairs. Anywhere would be better.”

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”
