“The property listed online was point on and exactly as expected. Context to our stay...we were driving from Louisiana to Delaware on a 2 day road trip and needed a quick stop for the first night to rest up and get rejuvenated, to make the second leg on day 2. The seclusion from the city and Interstate was perfect, but still close to grab some dinner and get to bed for quiet sleep. Which brings me to the bed...uber comfortable and great rest! The property is super convenient to the forest - it's like 5 minutes to a river so idyllic it will take your breath away, but waking distance to a coffee shop and a brewery. “We loved the unique stay near the Smokies! We were surprised to find the lodging wasn’t quite as secluded as the photos would lead you to believe. But, the walkability to coffee and ice cream were nice! For a family, we would want to be sure the gas stove cover is present (pictured but was not found in our tent) but we were able to steer little hands away. Hospitality was lovely and this made for a fun stay!”
