Modern 4 BR Apt - Mins to USC, ZOO & Ft Jackson

Spacious apartment

"Our stay at this location was very pleasant. The owner was easy to communicate with and the property pictures represented it well. The check in and out was very easy. We had ages 24-95 and all were comfortable as we enjoyed celebrating a graduation from The University of South Carolina. I have only 2 constructive comments: watch out for the kitchen faucet, it needs to hand misaligned so that the user doesn't get drenched; there is an apartment overhead and the walking noise is noticeable. This wasn't a real issue for us."

Sweet Suite on Sunset 4BD 3 BA Home + 1BD 1 BA Guest Cottage

Dangerous neighborhood

"Where do I begin....Listing was not as advertised on VRBO. Pictures were deceiving and misleading. The back house did not lock and so we were not able to use It. Neighborhood was NOT GOOD. Four, yes, FOUR! Uber drivers asked why we were staying there. Some wouldn't even come to the neighborhood to get us! The house is not well maintained. I have many pictures I can send. It's on a busy road in a rough part of town. The kicker was on Saturday night, while inviting guests in for the grad party, a car drove by and shot a gun at a house across the street 5 TIMES! It was very unsettling. So it's not everyday you have a drive by shooting while on vacation with your family. I do not recommend this house be part of VRBO"

"We had a wonderful stay at your house. It was clean, close to the downtown and USC, and just what we needed. Claude made some personal touches, like leaving creamer for coffee and muffins for us. Will definitely book another stay for the fall."

"The owner helped me when I was confused and remained patient with me when I originally cabled the trip. Due to great respect displayed by the property manager, l felt comfortable enough to re-book with the confusion set aside. Property was spacious and the main bed was just as I imagined"
