Smugglers' Notch Resort is a winter and summer resort comprised of several "communities" and is nestled in Vermont's Green Mountains. The resort emphasizes both fun and learning during the summer, winter, and fall months.

Enjoy the best of New England skiing in this fantastic fully furnished 3br 2ba condo. It is complete with a full-size kitchen, oven, stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and all of the flatware, glassware and paper goods you need. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a jacuzzi tub! The 2nd bedroom has two additional beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa. Plenty of room to sleep 8 comfortably.

At the time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check-in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at the time of check-in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $99 for a new guest certificate. Smugglers' Notch Resort is nestled in the heart of Vermont's Green Mountains. Only 50 minutes from Burlington's Church Street Marketplace, a short drive to the village of Stowe, and less than two hours to Montreal, the resort is well-positioned in this stunning area of New England for your vacation pleasure. Summer activities include a myriad of water sports at Notchville Park and other resort pools, fishing, miniature golf, and evening entertainment. Winter offers excellent on-site skiing, snowboarding, skating, snowshoeing, and sledding.


Resort amenities fee is 25.00 to 65.00 U.S. dollars. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Includes wireless internet and other services. The Resort Fee will be collected upon check-in.


Policy Restrictions:

Minimum age check-in: Minimum age check-in is 21.

Multi-floor buildings with no elevator access

No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.

Please check with resort for smoking policy.


General Urgent Information:

Smoking is not allowed in units.

Guest certificate required if person checking in is not on the account.

Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.


Additional Information:

All units not occupied by the confirming member MUST HAVE a Guest Certificate. The name on the GC MUST BE one of the guests staying in the assigned unit. If confirming multiple units on-line, create the confirmations FIRST, then call the call center to have the Guest Certificates assigned.

Optional Resort Amenities Fee: The fee is not mandatory to check in, but must be paid to access many of the on-site amenities. Visit www.smuggs.com for Smuggs Pass information and prices. On site restaurant is closed for maintenance in the Spring and Fall . On site Country Store remains open 7 days a week.

The One in Four Year Rule applies to weeks 1-12, 24-35 and 51-52. As with any Points reservation, unit move(s) may be required during your stay.

The North Hill Community Center hot tubs are currently out of service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Hot tubs are available at the Courtside Pool.
