“1st time at a Margaritaville property in Pigeon Forge! Beautiful property inside and out. The drive up is inviting. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The concierge was knowledgeable about Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Booked a 1 bedroom queen suite. The room was spacious with a living room, including a pull out bed. Two TV's! “The property is a bit dated. It has a lot of potential. Great location. Easy in and out. Pool open 24 hours. Breakfast ok. Everything was ok. The price was good. “I've been here a number of times, but this was by far the best. The service is great, the facilities are well kept. The weather was not the best so we didn't get to use the boats or relax on the beach. The pool, hot tub and gym are nice and open year around. The food would be a 3-3.5 out of 5. The adult drinks in the casino were 4.7 out of 5.”

“The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. “I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who was full of enthusiasm…thank you for that! I wish I had gotten the young lady’s name, as she was truly a gem. Check-in was quick and seamless, taking no more than three minutes. At first glance, the room appeared clean, though my OCD tendencies picked up on a used coffee stirrer on the floor and a bit of residue in the shower.
