“Other than the guy who greeting us and wouldn’t let us check in at 2:00, all the staff was easy going, friendly, and helpful! Very nice and clean hotel, comfy beds, and pets welcome. Nice breakfast where staff didn’t start cleaning up 1/2 hour before it was over. Best part prolly was the actually hot, hot tub and pool hours! We look forward to returning!”

There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. “The only reason why I picked this hotel is because the price was low compared to the nearby hotels. You get what you pay for to say the least. Rambunctious kids running up and down the hallways, people pounding their feet the floor above, the pool was utter chaos and packed with loud music playing. All of these things happened without the staff addressing. Our room was NOT cleaned. We found stains on the sheets, stains on the floors and toilet and many, many fingerprints all over the……
