“Sticky floor, MJ smell constantly at the lobby, stained towels, smelly bed sheets. I have stayed at Red Roof at El Paso and they the conditions and cleaningness of the rooms and facility are very different (and not in the good way).”

To make matters worse, the plumbing barely functions, leaving the room with absolutely no water pressure. The service was equally appalling. “After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. ”

“VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!! genuinely the nastiest sess pool of an accommodation you could imagine. There were piss handprints on the walls, as well as dead roach smeared on wall. Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. ”
