“The price was right & it had a 10 point rating. Unfortunately, it did not live up to that. The place looked good as we arrived & the woman who checked me in was very nice. The room was another story. The room itself was not the cleanest. The floors were gritty & sticky. Not having hot water in the bathroom sink didn't help matters either. Mattress wasn't comfortable. “There was a strange smell in the desk lobby. The listing doesn't explicitly say outdoor room access, which is definitely lost on the "Studio 6" name. Its Motel 6 but a different building. “The room was clean but had a terrible smell; I believe it was from new curtains, maybe new carpet. We opened windows to air it out. Our neighbors had small kids that yelled alot but quieted down when needed. We like this motel alot. Love the location and prices.
