“The first apt I got the hot water wasn’t working, so they moved me to a new apt . That was very thoughtful, I was there do to my mother being in hospice and the lady thing I needed was to worry about taking a shower. I appreciate that they did acknowledge it and make it better ”

“We enjoyed the apartment and the location is perfect. Check in and check out were frustrating because I got communication via 3 avenues- the VRBO app, texts, AND emails. It was too much. Every time I had to find info and couldn’t remember which random platform they used, I had to search.The property itself gets a 4/5 for location, cleanliness, comfort but the shower was abysmal. “The unit itself was perfect. The common areas were a lil brat up and trash pick up was slow. Trash tended to pile up in the common areas. Not the most sound proof but fine overall. Could hear neighbors above walking. Could hear the street traffick and bar across the street. Loved that you cld open the windows for fresh air and the patio view of the city was awesome!”
