Bare basic stay - room was clean. You had to walk through a plume of smokers to the enter the lobby. Only one of two elevators working- heat was at 30°C in the room and wasn’t turned down after requesting it to be lowered- they said it’s on a central system.

Totally fine. Staff was helpful when we asked to switch rooms to be away from the elevator, which was much appreciated. Gym was small but serviceable. Breakfast was not worth the price, but there are other options around.

Great hotel in the heart of Whyte Avenue. I often stay here when travelling for business. It's convenient and accessible. The building is older, so some of the non-renovated rooms reflect that. The front-desk and staff are very friendly and hospitable.

My first night was in a room that had a broken window that would not latch, ripped curtains, and peeling paint. The second room I had was also needing an refresh as had a slight smoke smell to it.
