We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. “La villa est très bien située, l’aéroport à 3 minutes en voiture, la plage à 700 m, grande promenade, bowling…tout est a proximité Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sayed qui s’est rendu très serviable et disponible, toujours à l’écoute et très gentil. La villa possède une jolie piscine sans aucun vis à vis dans un magnifique jardin. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances !!! Merci Sayed pour tout !!!”

“Excellent service all round, beautiful villa and great at keeping in touch and updating us. Although we appreciate the high level of maintenance on the property it was slightly off putting having workmen, pool men, gardeners come around every day when we wanted some private time to sunbathe. “The amenities were ok, neither good or bad. The location is shocking, miles away from anything and nowhere near where it is says it is. It is advertised in Naama bay which is 25 minutes away by car. We had to hire a car for the entire stay. There was no pool as advertised and the jacuzzi was filled up only twice upon request but it leaks so could only use that fleetingly.
