The check in process was smooth. The property manager and owner were very welcoming and helpful. "This place is great and the staff is wonderful. The pictures are accurate, but the villa is even nicer in real life. Beautiful, breathtaking views of the Red Sea are unmatched. The accommodations are also great and the amenities are very good. What you can't see in the pictures is the part that made our 2 week vacation perfect... It is the wonderful, accommodating staff. The host, Mr. Atef, and his entire staff made us feel like family attending to our every need any time of the day or night....

"La villa est très bien située, l’aéroport à 3 minutes en voiture, la plage à 700 m, grande promenade, bowling…tout est a proximité Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sayed qui s’est rendu très serviable et disponible, toujours à l’écoute et très gentil. La villa possède une jolie piscine sans aucun vis à vis dans un magnifique jardin. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances !!! Merci Sayed pour tout !!!"

"The villa was beautifully furnished and very spacious. It's important to know that although the cover picture is of a hot tub, this was NOT included and we didn't even get to see it. The host is very friendly and responsive. At first, there were no towels, but he brought towels the next day. The house is perfect for hosting family gatherings with lots of seating spaces and dining tables. I would go back and would highly recommend it for a family vacation."

"There is clearly an excellent training regime at this hotel. All the staff, and there are many, from the cleaners, to the front desk were polite, helpful and professional and they did all they could to make you feel at home. Many spoke good English. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, service throughout was excellent, food varied and very good and the bar well stocked. This was our first visit to Cairo, which is not an easy place to get about, but with the help of the excellent concierge team and Uber (which is well established here) we were able to see all that we came for. "
