“Check in details were provided before we arrived and when we struggled accessing the property the host was available to assist promptly. He was also very responsive and quite friendly. Unfortunately with the structure of the housing there was a lot of disturbing noise from the apartment upstairs which in this case the host probably had no control over. Would definitely book again.”

“I read reviews, so had low expectations. Given that, this place was fine for my needs. Room was clean, no bugs. Decent guy running the place. Would have appreciated a towel, but was 3 am by time I realized there was none, so didn't ask. TV remote same; couldn't find a switch on the box. Though room was clean enough, cleaner smell was heavy; window didn't open, so I had to open door for a good while to circulate air. Road noise is a lot as folks said, but that doesn't bother me. “The host was extremely welcoming and responsive - very professional in all ways. That was a stand out. The apartment was also very well equipped and designed- it was a lovely place to stay.”

“The place is an apartment complex with security. The furniture slid across the floor whenever we sat down. The leg on the bed about broke with our weight. Was told I could have early check in but then was told that there was no record of the conversation but I have the receipt, and sent it but was ignored after I sent it. Was made to clean the place or was threatened to be charged, but this was not in the agreement. Misleading and unprofessional. The floor was not swept or mopped. ”

“It is clean, neat, all ready to stay instead in New York. The host is responsible and kindness. If it has dryer and washer, it is more better for whom to stay longer a few days.”
