"Great lodge near the ski hill and National Park/Lake Louise. Very clean, updated rooms. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was conveniently located near the front desk. The breakfast was substantial with a large breakfast room to accommodate guests. We will book there again! "

"Filthiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Proper hygiene was not high on the list. Beds appeared to have been previously slept in and possibly more than once. One bed sheets smelt like Indian food and the other bed had 3 different smells, and non smelt like soap or clean. Dry dead skin at foot area. Stains on pillow and towels. Dirty floor. Used toilet paper on counter that was dirty in inside of role (I don’t even want to speculate). Darkest and thickest black hair was in many places in room. Used soap and hair in shower. I had reason to believe that they just put fresh towels (stained) in room and called it a day. Very upset with this experience and didn’t get much sleep and felt dirty the whole time there. Very sad to see this happening in Canada."

"Great value in Golden. Swimming pool and hot tub were nice after a day of skiing. Warm breakfast in the morning and great views off the back of the property. "
