"Really helpful and friendly staff that upgraded our room without being asked. Rooms looked to be recently renovated, clean and had all the extra's to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast on site was a nice plus and the staff coordinating breakfast every morning did a fantastic job. Great price for midweek in Louise."

"Enjoyed our staff at the lake Louise inn. Staff are always wonderful, and we love the buffet breakfast in the lodge. We stayed in lodge 2 and it felt a bit outdated and run down but we still had a great stay. Will be back in 2 weeks to stay in a deluxe room this time."
