“The disabled bathroom was very helpful. However, the bed was so hard, I ended up sleeping in my wheelchair. We complained twice but nothing was done.”

“We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -……

“We absolutely adored our stay here. The house was easy to find, parking was plentiful, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like we were staying with a beloved relative. The entire space is warm, welcoming, and full of character. We stayed in the Blue Room, which overlooked the street from a lovely balcony. “Be sure to bring your own toiletries. There was only the tiniest shampoo and conditioner. No soap of any sort. Smelt really old, pillows were the size of throw pillows.”
