“The staff very nice and the place is very good”

“The front desk clerk was good and nice. But let me tell ya the manager Chelsie tomblin was useless. Her front desk clerk let her know that her hotel was out of laundry supplies and nothing was done. I went and got my own. Just to come back to find out they had no quarters. Then the front desk clerk asks permission to get change and she told him NO. She said I needed to leave again and get my own change at a different business. The hotel was out of towel and I had to keep asking for pool……

“We were disappointed the pool was closed for our entire stay but nothing was done to compensate for the closure, we weren't made aware it was closed until after check in. A few Hilton Honors points or a discounted room rate would have been nice. The rooms are very basic not a lot of sitting to visit with friends without being right out front with everyone else. Room was clean and staff was friendly nice place for overnight stay, but for long term stay not enough amenities for my liking. No……

“A very positive, welcoming staff. There was a pool table, Jenga and Connect Four for the child and adults available for use. The gym looked clean and the pool was inviting.”

“I think the breakfast bar could have been kept a little bit cleaner since there was a lot of kids.For whatever reason, this weekend at the facility. Overall everything was amazing. I don't believe though that the staff should be outside at the entrance.Smoking. p s you may want to change the sign on 245 to read ,Sparks by Hilton. The old one is still up that says Hampton. Inn, by Hilton.. that sign is very dirty and hard to read.”

“For my first time visiting in Kentucky, I’m glad I picked to stay at Regina’s Country Living. Hostess : Top notch hospitality; Regina looked out for everyone who stayed for the Kentucky Derby event like a mother. Our breakfast was homemade each morning, and it definitely brought back memories with of my grandma for Sunday and Christmas breakfast specials. Room/Home : Regina’s home had so much old southern world charm that had it not been so cool outside, that drinking a Mint Julep on the porch……

“Room was very clean. Basic amenities, glad there was washer and dryer on the grounds to use. Staff very accommodating. Pool looked nice, but did not use Location was very good”

“Basic motel. Good bang for your buck. Breakfast was ok. The walk to downtown was convenient.”
