"The listing said there were two bathrooms in unit 1, but there was only one. No big deal. The unit itself is gorgeous, and the yard and neighborhood is relaxing and quiet. I loved the office and the chair was super comfortable. Not sure how the thermostat was supposed to work and it was HOT in there as it was 95 in Portland that day. But the fan in the closet was a nice touch. It made sleeping bearable. I’ll totally stay here again if I can when I’m in Portland next."

"We enjoyed the stay. Dog friendly?? Had to walk him up to the dock to grass area because it was just deck around the boat house. He people were very friendly there. The carpet and kitchen floor needed replacing. The house was well stocked with everything. Did enjoy watching the wild animals."

"The house had everything we needed for our stay. Our family was gathering for a funeral and this house provided a refuge for us to gather and be together perfectly. The kitchen was well-appointed and the outdoor area was wonderful. The home was clean and the property management team was fantastic. "The Fire house was such a fun, interesting and relaxing place to stay! Not only was the place full of character and charm, it was equally comfortable and welcoming. The place is much bigger than I anticipated when seeing it online. I was so impressed with the history and the decorations really help round out the story. "I stayed here with my partner and family (5 adults) for four nights to celebrate my graduation. The house was charming and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. There are many food options nearby, but downtown was also easy to get to. The weather was good for a few days so we were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard garden. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Everyone agreed that we would definitely stay here again!"

"This house was convenient to a family gathering we were having in nearby Oregon City. The house was roomy so even when we had three extra cousins come by for a visit the living room and fireplace area was plenty of space to fit us all comfortably."

"We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property."

"This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again....
