“Great house, very clean! Would stay here again!”

“there is a serious problem with this rental (see below.) while the neighborhood is wonderful, the cabin is quaint & peaceful, regular employees & maintenance at cool cabin are lovely & helpful -- management is not: they will not acknowledge that there is a problem with the place and actually suggested that WE were the problem (aka being somehow too sensitive -- about that more later.) all we have been offered is a 5% discount above the 15% discount everyone gets for a future rental. an insult,……

“The view was great, unfortunately everything else was a nightmare. We were forced to check in through an app outside of the Vrbo system. It requested all kinds of personal information, most of it not required to rent a place for a day. Property management company cool cabins was a massive pain in the butt. Communication was good but customer service was horrible. Had to wait until 4pm for a door access code which they told me I could have at 2pm. Spotty cell service required us to stay in town……

“Fun family cabin, The name says it all, kids were entertained te whole time with the game room. perfect lake view, perfect everything, even a small slope in front for the kids to sled on.”

“The home is tired, there is an “old” smell. But beautiful new windows allowed for fresh air. The seating outside was terribly dirty and I had to clean before we could use the chairs. We had an issue with musty linens, they were changed out immediately and sleeping was 100% better! Home has only one tv in the living room. The steps to the home were difficult to manage as I have knee problems. Overall the rental was good, the managing co was amazing!!! Definitely on my list when I go back.”

“Great spot overlooking the lake and nature. Not too far from the city. The whole place felt very cozy and the patio was perfect. Everything we could ask for in a secluded getaway. ”

“2 TV sets but all shows NO SIGNAL. WIFI connection is not available. Service center only reply: SORRY. Bathroom water is not hot enough to enjoy bath, NO sign of HOT and COLD on bathroom faucet, it is confusing. the lock of window in balcony side is broken, it is difficult to closed. ”
