"Stayed in a Club Suite clean but a little dated kitchen/living area with couch bed and bedroom with two double beds overlooking the lake. The Club Suite also includes exclusive access to rooftop pool & spa with unlimited soft drinks/beer/wine from 11am - 8pm daily with snacks from 5pm to 6.30pm Hilda looked after us in the rooftop area and she was amazing so friendly and helpful …. an asset to the the hotel with her colleague Corrin Breakfast was included with the stay but limited to pancakes,...

"The hotel staff is great. The cleanliness and functionality of guest amenities was where I ran into some issues. It’s a great location with a great staff but the cleaning was just not up to par. "

"There were 14 of us but it never felt like there were that many of us. The rooms were nice and having a bathroom for each room made it easy for everyone to get ready. We did love the community pool, but weather forced is in early, so having the one in the backyard was nice for the kids when the weather cleared up. The adults could relax while they went back in the water. Definitely would recommend it for large families to gather."

"I was really worried going to this property after the reviews, especially as a solo traveller, but my particular room was great. The property does need a bit of upkeep, but it’s not bad at all. Carpets in main areas vacuumed regularly, pool and pool area great. Room was clean and tidy. Large and just what I needed. "

"Hotel is very quiet , hotel is not new but it is amazing and definitely great for bonding time with the family. We really loved it and will be coming again in the summer. Hotel price is very reasonable and it just a great hotel if you like a quiet area. Customer service is excellent and the hotel is very clean. I do recommend having a better selection of Breakfast since it seems the same every day. "
