“Excellent experience but some little issues: Rooms should be tidied up every day. Rooms should have small safes using code Pool area pretty but pool way too hot to use Kleenex a necessity. Keurig unusable. Prefer old fashiined Thank you. ”

“Great place to stay, convenient location, easy to get around the area, very nice/clean pool. The ONLY thing I can say as constructive feedback is that there is t any sort of welcoming book/information to say 'heres where ice is, grocery store down the street, etc'. The contact person was super helpful getting us into the room (door lock takes a min to get used to). Our room didn't have a kitchen feature, would choose that room if we stayed there again. Overall really good experience!”

This was our first trip to Key West and found the location to be excellent, clean and comfortable. We could hear the guests above us walking around but wasn't a problem. We would recommend Scarlet……
