Spring time

Lovely and spacious home to spend a weekend. We loved being able to walk straight onto the beach and enjoy the comforts of home. I will certainly rent this home again in the future.

Great for couples.

Having 4 bedrooms with baths attached was amazing. Also the half bath was very convenient. Enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning was the best. Great stay and would definitely stay again.

Great house for large group

Overall, this house was great for our group of 11. There are enough beds and bathrooms for a very comfortable stay. The open living room/kitchen area was perfect for a weekend gathering and the view/location was fabulous. There were a few minor things that could be improved upon such as only have two trash bags and two rolls of paper towels for a 3 night stay with a large group, but those are easy fixes. Would definitely recommend this home for your next stay in Folly Beach!

Great House!

Very spacious. Bedrooms were so private that you never ever heard noise from rest of house. We were a group of 4 older ladies who really appreciated that! This is an older home that has been renovated over time. It could use some maintenance. But we all decided that we'd be very happy to rent it again next year!

Great family home

We loved staying here. The layout was our fav of any beach home we have rented. 4 bedrooms with all their own private baths was a huge plus. Also not a lot of stairs for older folks to get to the beach or around the house. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook. The location is excellent, near shops, restaurants, etc. plenty of hot water for the showers. We are definitely excited to rent this house again.

Layout of house and size of beds made it nice for 8 adults and 2 small children to stay comfortably. The house I’d showing some sign of wear but they can be overlooked because of the location.

This is our second year staying here and it was perfect! Just as it was a year ago. We love watching the ocean all day and my husband and daughter were able to surf. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Family reunion 2024

All 8 of us loved our time at Summertime. There was plenty of space and privacy for all. We loved hanging out on beach and the deck. Plenty of room for cooking and eating together. It was a great time for reconnecting we all look forward to returning. In fact already trying to book for next year!

Great location

House is right on the beach and not a far walk from the bars and restaurants. The deck is a perfect place to relax. The layout of the house is great with the bedrooms in the four corners of the house with their own bathrooms. House could use a thorough cleaning and a few more amenities in the kitchen as well as things like beach chairs or beach towels but overall it was a great stay.

3 Night Stay

Overall we had a good experience staying at Summertime. Issues from our arrival include ALL TV's nonfunctioning!! A few nonfunctioning outlets in the bedrooms, also burned out light bulbs. Called Vacasa, had to wait till next day to get issues taken care of, that was quite irritating. A few minor housekeeping issues, nothing to get upset about, but surprising considering what we paid to rent this property. Not sure I would recommend to friends/family.
