Bienvenido a Swell Cottage! Impresionante Second Folly Beach con excelentes vistas al mar

Fantástica casa con gran patio cercado, cruzando la calle desde la playa y walkover. A dos cuadras del mercado local, a cuatro cuadras del muelle Folly y del centro de la ciudad. Ducha exterior protegida con agua fría y caliente para lavar la arena entre los dedos de los pies. Grandes vistas al mar desde dos cubiertas. Porche trasero cerrado / terraza acristalada justo al lado de la cocina que conduce a la parrilla. Gran altillo para niños. También proporcionamos equipamiento para bebés (trona, puertas para bebés, pak'n'play), por lo que es una cosa menos para empacar.
Amplia cocina comedor con una gran mesa de granja con capacidad para 8 personas y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable actualizados y encimeras de granito. Hay televisión por cable en el dormitorio del primer piso, sala de estar y 3er piso, DVD, VCR. Hay una bonita lavadora y secadora bosch en el medio baño en el primer piso. La casa también cuenta con servicio de internet inalámbrico y calefacción central y aire acondicionado. Hay juguetes de playa para niños, tablas de surf y una tabla de surf para principiantes para uso de los inquilinos, así como sillas de playa y una sombrilla de playa. Evite la molestia de los estacionamientos pagados en la ciudad y estacione su automóvil en el estacionamiento privado fuera de la calle en la casa. No es necesario conducir para explorar todas las lindas tiendas y restaurantes, ya que es fácil caminar hasta Center Street y Folly Beach Pier. Nuestro patio es grande para los estándares de playa y está completamente cercado. Hay puertas dobles en la entrada de la entrada que se pueden cerrar. Great Family Week!!

Family of 5 staying at the Swell Cottage. More than enough space with a surprise loft we were not aware of. Short 1 minute walk to the beach. Stunning views from the patio, comfortable furniture, great AC in the summertime, and plenty of kitchen appliances/grill. We couldn’t say enough great things about this place!

Great house, great location

This house was amazing!! Easy 10 min walk to everything, right across from the beach, and had everything you'd need for a vacation (sunscreen, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc.)

Incredible stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an amazing stay at the Swell Cottage. Everything was better than advertised. The location was perfect - just steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. The beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, boards, toys, mats, cooler etc.) made our beach vacation seamless. This was the first time we didn’t have to buy or rent things for the week. Lynn communicated everything clearly and was so geneelus. We can’t wait to return next year!

Folly Beach Spring Break

Basically every review on this house is exceptional, and with good reason. It’s the perfect beach house for a getaway with kids..the ocean is steps away, restaurants are down the street and the house is exactly as advertised. Lynn is very easy to work with, and we had zero complaints. Stay here if you can.

Folly Beach Christmas

Our family had an amazing time spending our Christmas at Folly Beach. The house had lots of space for our party of 7 and was in an amazing location close to the beach and was walkable to downtown. The house was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. The host Lynn was a very responsive host and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this beach house and our family hopes to return again one day in the future.

Our Beach Thanksgiving

My family was able to enjoy an amazing, relaxing Thanksgiving during a tough time for us. This home made things relaxing, it made it easy for everyone to have their own space, and more importantly it was PEACEFUL!!!! Lynn was super responsive and communicative throughout the booking process!!

Great house

This house was perfect for us, we have 2 small babies so being able to walk back and forth from the house to the beach was so convenient. We loved sitting on the porch and watch the ocean as we drank our coffee every morning. The house was so comfortable for our family, we had an amazing time. It was hot so the walk downtown was a little uncomfortable but we did it with several small children and it was doable. Would highly recommended this house for anyone looking for a nice beach vacation

Best of Everything

We had an amazing stay at Swell Cottage! Traveling with my 80 year old father so easy access to the beach was essential and it was just steps away from the house! Also very easy to walk to shops and restaurants which we did almost daily. The location was also easy to shoot into Charleston for added adventures. The house was so charming and plenty of room for our group (3 adults and 2 tweens). More than enough space and additional hang out space on the outside porch. The owners are amazing and provide everything to help make your stay great - beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cart, beach toys, mats, umbrellas- it was all there to utilize and all in great shape! We will definitely be back!

Beach vacation

This house is fantastic! Everything is so walkable & with 5 of us, there was plenty of space. This house has everything you need for a beach vacation - chairs, cooler, tents, games, surf board, boogie boards, and a beach wagon. Restaurants & shops a short walk away. We will be back!!

Paradise

The Swell Cottage met all of our expectations and provided us with a wonderful beach vacation at Folly Beach. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of five. It was very clean and bigger and roomier than we expected. The view from the decks and the very short walk to the beach made all the difference. The house came with comfortable beds, a large supply of towels to use, and all the necessities needed for staying in the house (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc). Although we brought all of our beach items, the house also came with a huge supply of everything you would need for enjoying a day at the beach like beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. My kids also enjoyed the outdoor corn hole and connect four games. Our family also loved our short evening walks to all the downtown shops and restaurants at Folly. We had an amazing week at the Swell Cottage and would love to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Vacay

We just spent a week at the amazing Swell Cottage (2 adults; 3 kids--12, 13, 16). The Charleston Low Country with its fabulous beaches is my favorite place to visit. I hope to live there one day. Finding a place like the Swell Cottage only enhanced that feeling. The location is perfect--sitting on a large lot, directly across the street from a beach access, while being close enough to town and the pier to walk without issue. It was so well stocked with plenty of towels, beach gear, kitchen supplies, games, and more. The pictures and description are accurate to what I experienced. It felt like home the minute we walked in. A highlight was the private outdoor shower. After a day at the beach or a long run in humid weather, nothing beats an outdoor shower. OH, and the deck space is amazing. The 2nd floor deck had great furniture and stayed shaded throughout most of the day. Coffee and/or cocktails on that deck with an ocean view and breeze was fantastic. I spend a lot of time researching places and I recommend this beach cottage without hesitation. I did not want to leave.

Great yard!

Great location and huge yard with palm trees and plants. You can see the ocean from the second floor and hear the waves at night. We were able to walk into town with no problem. The beach was only across the street. Our 4 year old loved the loft for sleeping.

Great house!

We loved this house, it has so much character. It's kinda quirky, but in a good way! Great porch with ocean views. We sat out there all the time - coffee, cocktails, reading, dinner. Great people watching as you can see the beach access easily from house. Outdoor shower is fantastic. I took every shower there. House is well stocked with trash bags, handsoap, detergent, starter paper towels and toilet paper which is nice. The location is so convenient to everything.

Perfect beach house

I’ve lost track of how many times we have rented this house. It is in a great location, right across from beach access. I spend most of my time on the porch watching and listening to the ocean. It has a great fenced yard for kids to play in. Everything you might need is stocked. Including beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and a cooler. I could go on and on. My family loves this house. If you’re visiting Folly Beach its a perfect spot to make lots of memories.
