"I really enjoyed the property and the staff. The room was very clean, we received new towels and sheets every day, the pool was clean the indoor and outdoor one. Amenities were also nice, they do have a Starbucks in the lobby which was awesome! Overall I would recommend and would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Fort Collins again."

"Yes, I guess you get what you pay for. We tried to checked in 30 minutes early. I was told it would be a $25 charge so decided not to check in. Came back around 8 o’clock pm after moving my kiddo to her college apartment. Place smelled like mildew and old smoke. Was like OK it’s cheap.
