Top Fort of San Felipe Hotel Reviews

Poza Clara Sanctuary Hotel

Poza Clara Sanctuary Hotel

8/10 Good
"The room was clean, bed comfortable and good shower. The flush initially didn’t work so we had to call someone to fix it. The hotel advertised direct access to the laguna which is a bit misleading because the access is about 15 min away. It was nice to get the kayaks for couple of hours through that access point. The hotel also advertises parking but there is only space for one car and we were told that we will have to be moving car in and out which was inconvenient to say the least so we left it in the street instead. Staff at the restaurant treated us like we were inconvenience, we didn’t feel welcome. We arrived couple of minutes after 8 for breakfast and the guy was looking at his watch several times with disapproval."
