“Prior to booking my room I reached out to the host on serval separate instances to ensure I’d be able to check in upon my arrival from Georgia only to get in at 4:30am and be stuck without a room with children. There should have been some type of compensation considering it was the agents mix up.”

“Unacceptable. After two days needed to get towels and actual bedding for pull out and there was none. Asked the next day in the morning for towels and bedding came back to suite 8 hours later and no towels or bedding in suite. Asked front desk and they said they had none.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an excellent stay at the Avid Hotel in Oak Creek while we were in the Milwaukee area. The hotel was incredibly clean, modern, comfortable, and honestly one of the better values we’ve had in a while. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, everything felt fresh and well maintained, and the entire property had a really relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was perfect for getting around Milwaukee without having……

“窗帘无法完全拉上这个设计很奇怪，还有不给牙膏。记得以前住red roof都有牙膏。停车场有点拥挤，因为和对面酒店共用一个停车场。”
