“Nice hotel, friendly staff. Only negative is that while housekeeping came to drop off more bottles of water that we would be charged for if opening, The didn't bother to even remake our bed. I didn't expect new linens, but I would at minimum expect the bed remade of they intruded into my room.”

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”
