Experience a serene modernist retreat, with clean lines of innovative architecture blending seamlessly with a farmhouse charm, echoing the coastal surroundings with its minimalist décor. An ideal property for relaxation and work, suitable for groups of all sizes, guests of all ages, for short and longer stays, located 30 minutes from Portland Airport and with direct train service from Boston to Freeport. The house comfortably accommodates from 8 to 12 to16 guests. The main and second floors sleep from 8 to 10, more when the office couch opens to a real queen. The rooms has oversized windows and doors, ensuring abundant natural light, enjoying central air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. Deck extends from the office, offering serene outdoor space. Three bedrooms include workspaces, two with semi-private decks, the 2nd floor bedroom a private balcony. The large master bath with a steam shower, massage bathtub and sauna can service as a spa. For large groups, the lower-level bunk room. with adjoining bathroom. offers extra space, with adjacent game and TV room providing entertainment for younger guests. All had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it. House has 3 acoustically separate wings and all the mattresses were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. Lots of things to do on the property so you did not have to leave if you didn't want to; kayaks, bikes, swimming beach, beach toys, swimming pool, bikes, fire pit, outdoor and indoor dining spaces with enough seating for all. Beautiful veg and flower gardens. Great location close to Wolf Neck State Park and Freeport shopping/dining. You will not be disappointed! ##### Laurie D. For young and old alike...fishing lauaking, horseshoes, puzzles, sitting around the fire pit . And then being near Freeport for shopping and dining.
