AC very good, kitchen very good, room very clean but no room service and we were told that rooms have all the cleaning stuff necessary but didn't have a broom. Concierge agents very professional and diligents at all times. Receptionist extremely rude treating people as enemies, i think they forget ...

The host gave me door to door directions. As a solo traveler this place was it! Very close to Megan’s Bay breakfast and dining with live bands!!! The room is just as pictured! I had a very comfortable and safe stay. Thanks
