"I’ve heard how great this property was from online so I thought I would give it a chance. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate holding my luggage while at the parks. The room view was pipes and roof. I was hardly in the room. The room was clean for the most part, the drain stop was loose so I had to reposition it so water would drain- and I found long dark hair in the tub (I have short lighter colored hair). The restaurant had a decent breakfast (the rest of the time I ate in the parks)."

"My family really enjoyed the pool. Every staff we interacted with, from front desk to maintenance and housekeeping was kind and professional. We really enjoyed the space of the bi-level loft to spread out during our mid day breaks from the parks. It was an easy walk to the Disneyland."

"This was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in as a family! The rooms were spacious & clean, the beds were comfortable, the restaurant that served breakfast was delicious with quick & kind service, and the proximity to Disney was perfect. The hotel lobby was beautiful and every one was very nice & helpful. We would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever in the area! 10/10 recommend!"
