Getzville Castle Hotels

The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

I was quite pleased with this property. My understanding is that the property is not a new build, but it obviously has been completely renovated. I’ve been to properties where “renovations” amounted to not much more than a slopped on coat of paint and old nasty carpet replaced with cheap vinyl flooring. That is not the case here. Whoever owns/manages this property really cares about the product they want to provide. Linens & towels were of good quality and very clean and white. Staff were all...

Loved our stay. 8-year old used the pool twice. We enjoyed the breakfast. They allowed us to checkout one hour late. No complaints.

Very nice hotel. Super clean and friendly staff. A must stay!

This hotel was perfect for our family to visit our daughter attending UB . Breakfast was great with an awesome selection!!

Clean and had good breakfast.

Comfortable, spacious and clean room with a nice kitchen

The staff was so friendly and the place was so nice to stay for a family.

I would higly recommend Fairfueld Inn & Suites Buffalo Amherst. They have Very friendly staff and the hotel is very clean in general. Not to mention the breakfast was always good and they have fresh apples and cookies at the front desk.

The room was very clean. All of the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the pancakes for breakfast.

We loved this hotel! 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle (although we could only use it one way because of the hours). The staff were all so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast variety was nice. The sausage could have been cooked a little better and we would have preferred individual yogurts over the bowl.

Very nice

Nice hotel

This hotel is spacious, clean, reasonably priced, conveniently located and has everything you need! The pool is clean and staff is friendly and attentive. Great value

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. That is saying something because he is not a traveler. The Christmas decorations were so very festive. We were there for a wake and memorial service...

Clean, great location, good continental breakfast! Would stay at this hotel again.

Fabulous. I booked based on the high review and this place didn’t disappoint. Completely renovated. My room was well appointed. Bathroom brand new. New carpet. Bed was comfortable. My room choice featured a small refrigerator and coffee maker. I parked right outside my room. Area was safe. Newly paved parking lot. Lots of food options in the area.
