“The cleaning staff took my home town transportation card away from my room and the hotels failed to find it back. Super disappointed with their unprofessional conduct.”

“Excellent breakfast ”

“The girl at reception is very kind and helpful.”

“I do recommend the hotel when you visit Iceland! The location is good, it is near bus stop #4, so it is very convenient for pick-up, no matter traveling coaches or airport buses. The room was clean and cozy, and facilities were also satisfied what I needed. Staff were friendly and provided necessary info too.”

“The hotel is clean and newly furnished, necessities such as towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided for free. Bring your own dental set because it is a chargeable item. The room is a bit small, can hardly walk if you have the suitcase opened. Location is perfect, there is a supermarket and a bookstore just around the corner; also, just a 5 min walk to the Main Street. ”

“The breakfast was excellent, and the room had great view of the harbor as well as the church!!”
