“Horrible customer service and communication!”

“Our stay at Princess Grand Jamaica was absolutely wonderful. The resort is beautiful and impeccably clean, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, hospitable, and genuinely helpful. We had butler service, and Shayshay and Questos were outstanding—always responsive, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The food was excellent with a great variety of restaurants to choose from. Our room was lovely and consistently cleaned in a timely manner. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and……

“The signature level made a big difference. Staff friendly outdoor shower was amazing. The biggest down side is the food; there are times of the day no restaurant is open and they is tough for late arrivals and morning sleepers. ”
