“Mountain Air is a beautiful community in the Appalachian Mountains. This property is a fire safety hazard. All windows are jammed or painted shut. By law, windows must operate in bedrooms if the window serves as a second egress. This issue was brought to the host's attention. Their response was rather trite: "no other renter has ever had this issue." There was zero customer service. The host is rude and unwilling to work with their renters. The unit has no window treatments on the living……
