"The place is very clean, easily accessible, and great Princeville location. The place has a well stocked kitchen, which made cooking at home very easy. They have beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards which made beach days much more pleasant. No complaints about the place at all"

"Great view, the condo could use a deep cleaning and some kitchen utensil upgrades but overall I enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, did not need AC with the nice ocean breeze. Pool is nice. These are old buildings and as such there is always a few condos having work done on them but it did not bother us to much even though the condo next to us was getting major remodel. I would stay here again, so the small complaints we might have are just that small."

"We had a great time staying at this condo! The balcony was very comfortable and had amazing views. The room was clean with had plenty of space for us. The listing says it has A/C, which ended up being a single unit in the bedroom that can't be left running while you're away. However, the airflow from the balcony and front-door windows kept us cool enough while spending time in the kitchen/living room. The only other thing we were a little surprised by was how the beach area around the building...

"The suite is small but has everything that you need. A shopping area is only a couple of minutes walk away. It is an easy drive to all of the wonderful beaches on the island. We loved the beach right infront of the suite. It has a pooled area that is great for children or those who just want a quick dip in the water but just down the beach is also a great swimming area for those who want to play in the waves."

With there being so many good places to eat in Kauai, we found ourselves getting everything to go just so we could have our meals out in the lanai. "Tutu's getaway was very perfect for our family. We stayed at Kauai Beach villas as well and everything about the townhouse and princeville was by far our favorite place. We all wanted to go back and stay at tutu's. Our future Kauai visits we will be staying here the whole time. The owners were VERY helpful and the communication was perfect. Very nice people to talk too! Perfect in every way!!!!"

"This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island."

The pull-out couch in the living room was hard to sleep on. Very lumpy. In the folder you suppled for information You should have the phone # for the front desk on the first psge in the booklet. "This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha."
