“New owners are starting to get the property around, but there's a ways to go. I don't know about all the rooms, but our shower was not good. They need to tear out all the old spa tubs and flooring and install modern bathroom settings. Our room had a bit of a musty odor too, whatever needs to be done to mitigate that should be high on the priority list. The property has great spaces, we loved the firepit and the the rest of our room outside the bath. The location is great for walking to town, and……

“Breakfast was reasonable, but nothing to write home about. Staff was fine. The pool and hot tub felt a little iffy and there were no towels there, so we just walked back to our room dripping. Overall, it did the trick, but it was nothing I'd absolutely suggest to friends. It was ok.”

Room appeared recently updated yet maintained some vintage feel. Several curated botanical products such as hair care, room and pillow spray. Relaxing, inviting outdoor spaces. Included swing, pool, pickle ball grill and firepit areas. Details, details. Seriously the softest hotel towel I've ever used!. Overhead light as well……

“The employees were super nice! I love that there was a gas station right behind the hotel as well as McDonald’s (my kiddos are obsessed) so it was super convenient! There’s also a subway all walking distance and for my 420 buddies there’s 2 dispensaries behind it too. The beach and downtown new Buffalo is literally a 5 minute drive which was convenient as well. Had a great time would definitely book with them again! Pool was small and only goes 4 feet but it definitely got the job done for my……

“This was a great location, less than a block from the main drag of stores and restaurants. Maybe a ten minute walk to the beach. The staff were pleasant, rooms well maintained. I appreciated that they noted in their amenitiea that they dont provide cribs, so I knew to bring a pack and play. The pool was large and nice. Parking was ample. And the pricing was a very good value. We would absolutely stay here again.”
