She asked if she could stop by and when she did she was so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. We didn’t want to lose money on our security deposit so she immediately came over and assured us that they would not and said they would immediately fix/change if we would like. "This property is in a old but safe and classic building. The elevator is kinda cool. Old, slow and small but fun. "

"Apparently I should have called again before arriving. The communication received from the property manager was "see you then". I thought this statement stood on its own.. Open arrival, after not finding instructions in the designated location on Vrbo, I called the manager. I was chastised repeatedly for my lack of common sense in my behavior. It simply wasn't possible to feel at least welcome during the stay. I will end this review without discussing other realities."
