“Property lawn was not mowed before our arrival. Grass was at most, a foot tall. It took several calls to get it mowed the following day. We were very disappointed. Neighbors told us they had asked the host to mow two weeks prior to our arrival. Negligent.Ladder on the dock is extremely dangerous and difficult to use. Needs to be replaced.Picnic table was peeling paint, splinters, and unusable.Easy fixes to make this an enjoyable stay. This place just needs a little love.”

“I want to start by saying that I understand you get what you pay for. The staff was 100% great, super helpful, and kind. The cons... no in room coffee makers, there was mold on the bathroom walls, the walls are paper thin so it sounds like your neighbors are IN your room, and there were clear signs of water damage along the hallway walls and ceilings. Also, I think i saw some people ... living there? It was all around just an odd experience. I think with a little TLC this could be a nice place……
