“The staff that was working in the morning, she was super kind and helpful. However, the staff at night was very rude to us and the rest of our party, THe pool, while warm, is extremely small and hard for our kids to play in. Breakfast, while included with the stay, was not good at all, nor was the coffee”

“Shortly before my actual stay i read some reviews on this hotel and was kind of nervous about the possibility of having a not great experience. My mind was changed quickly. The rooms are small but clean, every single staff member from the check in desk to each and every maintenance/housekeeping we walked by greeted us and wished us a nice day. We didn't have breakfast but there were alot of people that seemed to be enjoying it in the really nice lobby area. We didn't use the pool or fitness...

“We've stayed here for a few years in a row because we like the place and the location, but starting to wonder if we'll be back. Every year the housekeeping is spotty, but this year we stayed 9 nights and our room got clean towels and the garbage emptied TWICE. I'm paying around $2000 Canadian, but I have to shlep down to the desk and exchange my dirty towels for clean ones and empty my own garbage? If you aren't going to do it Mon-Fri, take the sign off the bathroom mirror saying you do!”
