“The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. Other than towels,……

“Thank you for the birthday chocolates! My stay was pleasant. It was warm upon arriving and took the air conditioner a while to cool the space. There were plenty of fans available to help the transition. I would recommend a check out list on the counter, I did not get the message until I had left and missed a few things. The construction was not bad at all. The electricity went off once during a bad storm but came on within minutes. I truly enjoyed my time. ”

“Very nice accommodations ”

“Nice accommodation for a family. Nice size closets 1.5 bath, washers and dryer, and close to shopping. Beach access within walking distance is not appropriate for young children. We would stay here again. Polynesian Cultural Center is only 5-8 minutes away by car. Host was easy to work with.”

“The outside of the building doesn’t look great right now because of renovations, so I was worried when getting there, but the inside was great for our little family, and the location is amazing. The unit has everything you need. We loved the private beach and saw a lot of turtles visit throughout the day. This side of the island is so pretty as well. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Check in was fine and location was nice with beach access but the unit had a lot of big issues and needs a lot of updating. Cockroaches and ants were a big problem. ”
