“This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. They put in new mattresses and new decor in the rooms which were great. We used the indoor pool and whirlpool this time and enjoyed that. The hours were convenient staying open until 10 PM. The staff was also very accommodating. I ate at the restaurant bar which was perfect for the light meal I needed. We will stay here again.”

“Stayed because of the convenience— but that’s really all it was and became a hassle with the lack of hospitality. Big AC adapters in the main lobby area. Coffee bar / food area always closed or out of something. Pool was bubbly and seemed poorly maintained. No late checkout and as the front desk said “ we highly discourage you to stay around after check out”.”

“I booked this hotel solely because of the indoor pool and free breakfast for my kids. Unfortunately, as soon as we arrived, the front desk informed me that the pool was closed for an undisclosed amount of time and that breakfast was not being served due to upgrades to the kitchen. What was most disappointing was that there were absolutely no solutions offered—not even a voucher for the Denny’s next door. We were simply told about the closures and left to figure it out ourselves. After getting……
