“Once you enter the property you can feel the love in every detail. Rainey and Jeff have clearly put an immense amount of time and effort into making sure their guests feel at home. The property is appropriately rustic to give the guests a feeling of a campsite, but with comforts and conveniences that make the quality of the stay warm and friendly. Really can’t say enough about special our time was!”

“We had a large group come and stay at this property for a family reunion over the spring break. The house is at the top of a mountain in the finger lakes areas. The views are great on a clear day. We stayed in April and the roads were clear, but if it is winter time it would be hard to summit the hills to get to the house. The road from Canandaigua on the east side of the lake is not bad, but the roads from Naples or Italy could be problematic if icy. The house is large and looks to be...
