"Room was great nice and clean , the staff as always was top notch, I love the location almost everything is within walking distance or a short uber ride .. the coffee shop isn’t great at all and the staff there was awful.. lesson learned never again but other then crappy coffee & an inept staff member I was pleased "

"I chose this place because of how clean everyone said it was. We got there and it was not clean. The cupboards were dirty. The fridge was dirty. The freezer was dirty. We had to wash pans, silverware, and dishes before we used them because they all had food on them. The floors were not vacuumed or swept. There was hair everywhere. I’m assuming Dog. Hair on my daughter‘s pillow hair on the comforters. The door knob to our room was incredibly sticky. Which grossed us out. Dog mud prints on the out side door.Sadly, when mentioning just the fridge and freezer all I got was an excuse that they have a new cleaning company and an apology. I simply said ok. But they should have done more. It was the only reason I chose this house over dozens. Because so many said it was clean. They did not even try to remedy the problem. We paid for a clean home. If it’s not clean. Do something. Get someone there to clean it or give a few bucks back. When I asked how to get heat upstairs where we were sleeping and it was cold. They never answered my question.I stay at short term rentals several times a year. And I have for several years. This is the first time I’m leaving less than a five star. And believe me there’s been a few issues. But they’ve always been taken care of. This is the first time it seemed like the owner didn’t really have too much concern. Besides this. It’s a decent location. And an old house but quaint. "

"the heat didnt work in our room!, and i observed an emplyee reach into a bowl of peeled boiled eggs and grab a handfull with her bare hands! i did tell the front deak, wasnt offered a cert or discount or a sorry so..."

"The rooms were not clean, did not have bedding for the pull out couch went down and they were out of pillows to give us for the pull out couch. We reserved a two bed room with a pull out but they said when we arrived they did not have one so put us in a regular room with one king. We have a family of 4 so it was very tight having two teenage boys on a small pullout was a large inconvenient. the bathroom was dirty - shower looked like it was not clean as well as toilet paper was out leaving an empty roll in it's place. Something was spilt on the wall next to the nightstand and on the bedskirt. Breakfast was completely down when we came down at 9:20 when breakfast was done at 9:30. "

"Interesting concept for a hotel. They use 1 clerk for all hotels via a kiosk check in process. No maid service unless you are checking out, thus stayovers are hunting up their own replacements for towels, sheets, pillows, soaps etc..... On the up side, the hotel is very new, clean and neat. The beds are comfortable, The price is reasonable. Will I stay again.......depending on the situation yes"

"Meh, it's okay, nicely appointed hotel overall and room. however, our room smelt a little dank. It could have been clearer, I one of those wackos who pay attention to detail and dust on lights and baseboards is sign that cleanliness is average. It's a higher end hotel for the area , so there should be expectation of excellence they should strive to for. Also, no dress code staff is required to adhere to, it's apparent at check-in, friendly, but whatever they want to wear that day is what you'll see greeting you. I'm all for being and expressing who you are, but at work, there should be a level of professionalism any good hotel would want to showcase. The valet and bar staff are good to go and also friendly. Parking is not available on site, but there is a fee based parking garage a block away. "
