"The room I was going to initially be given was in a nonsmoking area and wreaked like smoke the hallways was ridiculously dirty and creepy at that. The pictures are super misleading! They made me think that I’d have a balcony since the room I was booking showed a balcony and it did not. On top of the room itself not looking anything like the pictures. I talked to a helpful young lady at the front who let us “upgrade” our room to one that actually looked like the pictures except the balcony. It was way cleaner than the initial room and was super understanding and sympathetic to the fact we had drove over 5 hours with kids and were extremely tired she gave me no hard time in switching us and for that I’m grateful. On top of the yummy breakfast they do provide it turned our trip somewhat around. The pool is smaller. And just know the pictures are misleading read the descriptions thoroughly before booking "

"The room smelled horrible. I had called front desk, and was moved to another room, and it had the same bad odor. The property needs upgrades, and the carpets needs to be cleaned. "

"Overall the building was nice. The bathroom sink kept backed up when we washed our hands. Lighting not great. But overall nice stay. The check in staff person was not friendly. The other desk staff were amazing. The lady working the bar was wonderful. "
