“The room we got, the tv in the living space did not work. Front desk lady came up to the room trying to fix it but could not claiming they have never seen that before. They got us into another room where the tv did the same thing but also the recliner was broken and one of the lights in the bedroom lamps did not work. Toilet paper was the awful one ply.”

“The night manager was so helpful & gracious to me I was leaving around 3:30 in the morning & was not able to download directions to the airport. I'm not technically smart & did not know how to set my phone up. I was very distressed - not knowing anyone or how to deal with my phone. She was so helpful & got me out of a jam.”

“The front desk people were very nice. However at check in we learned someone tried to call us about our reservation but we had no messages. No big deal. The first room we were put looked like maybe it was a work in progress for renovations, no privacy curtains on the window, shower broke. 2nd room kitchen wasn't very clean, fridge and stove rusty shower tub was either stained with grim or just dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable but very firm. Probably wouldn't stay here again. ”

“The checkin process is a mess and ended up assigning the same room to 2 different people. My luggage was thrown out in the corridor by another guest. I want a refund, please avoid this property at any cost”

“The king size bed was horrible. It must be old. It was lumpy and had permanent indents you rolled into and had to sleep in them. I only slept about 4 hours a night for the 5 nights I was there. The shower was great. Whatever they use to clean the hotel with had an awful smell. It was not a clean smell. It was more like a cover-up smell.”

“Our room could have used a little more TLC. It was clean but the outlets in the bathroom did not work and the rubber on the bottom shower door needed to be replaced. Other than that, the room was very comfortable. Check in went very smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. ”

“There is no front desk or staff to help at all, there was no communication on downloading an app and getting a code because nobody emailed or text me before arriving I was left standing in the hall not knowing what to do, there was no response for over a day when I asked for the internet information. The room was clean once I got in.”

“I would not recommend staying here. The property is dirty with trash thrown all over. A lot of shady people coming and going all night long, many sitting in their vehicles watching you and be careful stepping out of the room as you will be stepping on trash, vomit and oil slicks in the parking lot. I watched three landscapers with air blowers just blowing the trash around with out actually cleaning anything or picking the trash up. Did I mention there is trash everywhere!! The room was large……
