“I was not expecting it to be like a motel setting, it was all type of homeless people hanging around the area. When my fiancé asked for more clean towels he was told he had to wait on the morning staff to come with the carts. It did have the Waffle House which share the same parking lot as the hotel the special K and another gstation is walking distance from the room and the room is like 24mins from downtown ”

“The room we got, the tv in the living space did not work. Front desk lady came up to the room trying to fix it but could not claiming they have never seen that before. They got us into another room where the tv did the same thing but also the recliner was broken and one of the lights in the bedroom lamps did not work. Toilet paper was the awful one ply.”

“Parking was good, didn’t see any pets ”

“The buildings are unique and set apart from one another. We stayed upstairs (2nd floor) and there was no elevator in our building.”

“The price is what made the place good. We just needed a place to stay for 1 night. The place was pretty clean, the neighborhood is good and free parking. If I were staying longer than one night it would not have been as good. I have to base the review on the price I paid. Had it been more then it would not have been worth it. The bed was very uncomfortable, hardly any water pressure for showers. If you need a cheap place to crash for a day it works, if you are staying longer and need good……

“The staff were very friendly, helpful and everything was clean. Their security Frank was amazing! And helped us both nights late at night by giving us a ride to the hotel from across the street since they’re under construction and their wasn’t anymore parking. I wish he was working f our last day to really thank him.”

“The checkin process is a mess and ended up assigning the same room to 2 different people. My luggage was thrown out in the corridor by another guest. I want a refund, please avoid this property at any cost”

“Good enough! I only stayed one night because I was just passing through and the price was within my range. The room was clean and secure. The surrounding area felt safe. I didn't use all of the amenities bc of my short stay. The grounds were well kept and well lit.”

“Beautiful room, but the internet was very slow. Loved being right on South 12 neighborhood with restaurants and shopping right outside! Definitely will return!”

“Waited over an hour just to find parking. was told to go park across the street at burger king or sonic overnight like what? Bed spring was broken and couches had stains on them. looks way nicer in pictures.”
