“Excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff.”

“Clean room ”

“Room is clean and cosy, Giangi is very helpful and professional, gave us all the information about Napoli, nice pizzeria and seafood restaurant near by, we had good time.”

“Excellent air conditioned & quiet room. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are too soft and low. Proximity to transports, a supermarket, restaurants, sight-seeing tours and the airport.”

“Everything is good.”

“櫃台幾乎沒有接待人員，入住拿鑰匙像在解秘密任務。 只能透過whatsapp跟旅館人員聯絡，很不方便。 床舖舒適，浴室乾淨。 旅館位於一般大樓內，若無房間鑰匙的話，搭電梯要投20cent硬幣。”

“Charming hotel. Awesome location. The staff was amazing. We’d stay again.”

“Check in and out really fast and help to book taxi to airport, good place to discover the nearby.”

“The room was modern and comfortable. This small hotel is the top floor of the building and has access to a rootop terrace. It's located on a pedestrian street filled with restaurants and shops. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful, including with suggestions on where to go. Note that the desk is staffed only for a few hours every day and you need to let them know when you'll be checking in so someone can be there. We checked out very early in the morning and found it charming that we had to……

“great location, clean space, excellent service, nice breakfast.”

“The best experience in this year! We had two chihuahuas with us, They prepared a comfortable bed and dog bowl for my dogs, comfortable also for dogs, quiet area, easy to walk dogs during the night, safely, you can’t find somewhere better than smart hotel Napoli! ”

“Property is located inside a really old building. Once you get to the hotel floor it’s nice but the building itself is old and dilapidated Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good. Rooms are decent size and have a little kitchenette”

“We stayed at this property for one night before departing for the United States, and it was an excellent choice! Since we had only one night in Naples, the hotel’s location was ideal, with easy walking access to the pedestrian-friendly historic old town. The hotel manager was very helpful and kindly arranged a taxi for our 4:30 a.m. departure, which we really appreciated. This is a very small, intimate property, so if you’re looking for a full-service hotel with lots of amenities, it may not be……

“excellent service, but its a bit old and the environment around the hotel is messy & dirty. Only 5 mins walk to train station and 10 mins to the eatery/restaurant area. ”

“地理位置非常好，適合會搭乘鐵路交通來來去去的旅客。櫃檯人員也非常親切！”
