"The rooms were very clean . Small but modern and functional. Had an issue with our AC not cooling properly and they were there within 20 minutes to fix it . The staff were very accommodating. Will store luggage before and even after check out which was great to allow us to go out and about and not have to worry about out bringing our luggage everywhere . The building at night was exceptionally quiet despite being in the heart of everything. Arranged a flat fee SUV for the 5 of us back to the airport . The breakfast although very crowded, always had plenty of options , from waffles to eggs , bacon , sausage , parfaits and more . Many complained of the elevators but we only had a line up one time when others were checking out . Other than that , very quick . There are some Reno’s being completed in lobby but didn’t affect anything . You can go downstairs from the lobby and there is a seating area and coffee / tea and a bathroom of waiting to check in or to leave. Great location that allowed us to walk to Times Square, the theatres and the hop on / hop off bus tours . Also had a deli, pizza place , variety store and ice cream store directly across the road which was very convenient! Would definitely stay here again should we return to NYC in the future !"
