“What I did not like was that they assigned a handicap room to us, and the shower was made for a wheelchair. When taking a shower with the shower curtain closed, the water came out below the curtain and flooded the bathroom. The shower curtain was not long enough to prevent the water from going under it. Upon checking out I made a complaint to the staff and they apologized for the problem that I had.”

“No problems at all with the room. Checking in and out directions are not clear. The phone number provided is not the number we had to call. We realized this after stopping at the club house and asking around. If they weren't open, we would have never known how to check in because you have to talk to someone for the key. Other than that, everything was perfect.”
