“Beautiful stay”

“The room was ok. It had a distinct food smell when we arrived and it was still there when we left. We did not use the microwave or cook anything while we were there, so it was not from us. The shower curtain rod was coming loose from the wall, so the curtains were always moving towards the centre allowing water to get all over the floor. The cleanliness of the room was not great - there were crumbs on the floor and items under the vanity. There was no screen on the window so we were unable to……

“I had to borrow a vacuum and vacuum the entire room. After we brought in all our luggage, I noticed a fingernail on the carpeting and cracker crumbs and other debris on various parts of the carpeting. We would have requested another room, but it was too much trouble to move everything. After I vacuumed the room, it was fine.”

“We checked in and the elevator was filthy. Our room was filthy, not vacuumed and the bathroom shower tub had scum around it. We went back to the front desk and got lost down by the pool and laundry room. The helpers had their children there. There were kids in dirty laundry baskets sleeping. When we got back to the front desk, the Manager was on a business call. I waited 20 minutes but was unable to speak with him. I am requesting a full refund as we left and went to another hotel.”

“We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Howell, MI. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The gym was also well equipped, which was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Everything about our stay was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel was also conveniently located, and we really appreciated the recommendation of Tomato Bros for dinner. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Overall, we had a very enjoyable……
