After completing my reservation and arriving with my luggage, I was unexpectedly told that they do not accept debit cards for check-in. This policy was not clearly communicated during the booking process, which caused a major inconvenience. What made the situation worse was that I was essentially asked to return to the airport to resolve the issue, which is completely unreasonable after a long trip. Policies like this should be clearly stated upfront so guests can prepare accordingly, not discovered at check-in. The shuttle service was also extremely disappointing. It is not a 24-hour service, and you actually have to book it in advance for specific time slots. On top of that, the shuttle is very small and often full, making it unreliable and inconvenient, especially for travelers who are depending on it for airport transportation. Overall, the lack of clear communication, inflexible policies, and unreliable shuttle service made this a very stressful experience. I would strongly recommend that future guests double-check all policies in advance and not rely on the shuttle. Unfortunately, this stay left a very negative impression."
