"First time to Isla, won’t be our last. We loved our apartment, the courtyard & the pool. Such a great community of visitors & residents. Would gather and chat in the courtyard daily. Very safe & secure Location was amazing, one block from Hidalgo St., laundry service - 2 blocks away. We were at the beach in minutes. Any of our questions were answered quickly and completely. Isla is a very special place. We’ll be back !"

"Pros: Great location in Cancun's Hotel Zone, shopping/groceries across the street, lovely beach out back as well as 2 swimming pools. Also, the housekeeper Ledy was wonderful. Cons: We've stayed at a handful of condos in Mexico over the years, and this was our least favorite. First, the condo owner Scott was very difficult to reach in-between my initial payment and the final payment. I sent at least 4 emails over 3 weeks with zero response.
