"The location was great and easy to locate. Also was semi centrally located on the west coast so it was easy to get to the Rincon area and the south west beaches and towns. The house was very comfortable and large with living room areas on both the main floor and second floor. Outdoors in the outdoor kitchen area and at the ocean was very peaceful and beautiful. Overall a great place and vacation experience."

"The house is in a great location next to the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket. The road across is dangerous (cars flying by at all times, so keep the gate closed). The bedrooms are spacious and have AC units (very loud but better than the heat). The bathroom showers are in excellent condition, but the showers are a little tricky to get the hot water working. The kitchen is on the bottom floor (away from the bedrooms) and has everything you can think of, which is excellent. The owners are very demanding (they wanted a list of who was staying with their age months before the stay) and wanted to meet in person to "get to know" the renters. The owner showed up one day unannounced and dropped by another time during the week to exchange towels. At the end of the stay, they wanted us to wait for them to show up before departing the rental to look at the place; we couldn't stay due to a previous appointment, but we should have since I received an email confirmation from the insurance company that the owners claimed that we broke an item. They didn't notify us or send any communication or pictures; they just submitted the claim."

"First and foremost, the views are incredible! My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was a good size for the two of us. It is as described in the posting. It was clean. The kitchen is well equipped although skillets are a bit warped and everything stuck to the bottom, so if you’re an avid cooker like I am, it can be frustrating. The beach was nice with a lot of shells! Lots of restaurants! The directions were spot on. The host made it really easy. It is a safe area, gated property. There are keys to even get in the elevator. Cute decor, a lot of decorations and a lot of pillows! 😁 WiFi was good. We were happy about that. Beach towels provided with chairs, coolers, ect. We used the cooler for our beverages while exploring the island. The only thing I’d add is an oven or convection oven would have been nice. In the description it said it had a confection oven. So, that put a damper on baking anything. This is from my husband. 😂 The TV is very small if that’s important to you. You can connect to Netflix Hulu, ect. which is nice. The bed was comfortable, but take into consideration that it is enclosed from top to bottom, so if you are tall, you’ll have a hard time. I’m 6’2 so it was a tight fit for me, but we knew that going in. I would have liked a tv in the bedroom. There’s a perfect spot. Yes, I love TV! 😁 And maybe a few more wash clothes. Overall, we had a great stay! We would stay again! Thanks for everything."

"Convenient 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable although only warm water, not hot. Since there is no dishwasher, i was hard to get dishes clean with no hot water, also no stopper for the sink to soak. There are are no hooks in the bathroom or bedrooms to hold up towels or wet clothing. The washer/dryer all in one combo took for ever and clothes never really dried unless hung out on the balcony. Great memories on the beach and a good time with my PR friends."
